Message from Bill Calder, Regional Coordinator, MasoniChip Ontario:   April 11, 2016 - As the Regional Coordinator, Algoma district for the MasoniChip Program, I would like to assure the Brethren that the program is alive and well. I hope we will be able to support as many events as can be organized for 2016.   We have been contacting lodges in the district to establish a representative for each lodge.  Once. the volunteer lists are confirmed and the required police confirmation on background checks are received, the various events can be scheduled.  It has already kicked off with the Spring Home and garden show in Thunder Bay. Our total of completed registrants is at the 7799 mark.  I hope to see that continue its solid growth.  We would like to focus on one day events, mainly to keep our volunteer strength from burning out.   Equipment is ready and so are we.  Funding still is an issue, so any sponsors you can contact to help pay for the registration kits is a real bonus.

For any assistance or information about where you can help, please contact our secretary: Bruce McMuldroch, MasoniChip Program Secretary, Algoma District

For more information, please e-mail Bill Calder - Regional Director for the MasoniChip Program

The MasoniCh.I.P. program is brought exclusively to families by dedicated Masons and their volunteers, free of charge along with our sentiment that "We hope you never need to use it." By supporting the project it will ensure that we can provide more parents with the opportunity of providing another level of protection for their children and loved ones.
