V. Wor. Bro. Ross A. Wilson bequeaths $10,000.00 to Shuniah Lodge

V. Wor. Bro. Ross A. Wilson (1924 - 2011)

V. Wor. Bro. Ross A. Wilson passed away on June 07, 2011.  He had a great love for the Masonic Order in general and Shuniah Lodge in particular.  In his will, he bequeathed the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), to be added to the existing Addison Fund, which becomes the Addison/Wilson Memorial Fund.  The fund shall be used as a subsidy for the payment of dues for members with long years of service to the Lodge and require assistance in the payment of their annual dues so they will maintain their membership.  He directed that the capital of the legacy be maintained indefinitely and the income only be used for the purpose of the subsidy. The criteria for members’ participation has been left to the Lodge Executive.
